You need to understand the difference between a halt and a suspension.

A halt is used for temporary trading stoppage due to major news or events such as a listing change to a different exchange.

A suspension is where the SEC further allows a stock to trade to due to practices it has found to be fraudulent.

Your knowledge of what truly goes on is lacking an understanding of the differences and it would be wise to start reading as to what the next course of actions will be by the SEC for SAEI.

In the long run, it's not good

SAEI has been bagged and tagged. Whether you realize it now or not, it is game over for this massive fraud. A Nasdaq delisting is not the same as an SEC suspension. I look for the DOJ to eventually get involved in this one.

There is more than hope, there is evidence a company can comeback from being halted. Check out Rino. When it was halted on the NASDAQ

SAEI has not been halted. It has been suspended. You'd do well to read these two links with attention:
