I am a firm believe the offer on the table is for real @ $2.50/share and I am firm believer these issuses will be resolved.

It is the folks in the other camp that need to concerned about what price it opens up at. They will help us drive the price up really, really high. That why I believe Longs, should remain patient even after the sotck reopens on aonther exchange no matter what the exchange may be.

Do not be decieved by holding shares. this will open in the grey market . check A C L H. This is going to the 0.001 and below. A C L H was at around 0.05 when they got suspended (10day) about 2 months ago during the oil spill clean up. they were releasing bogus PR. check the price now and then you decide whether you want to hold or sell.
my advice(for whatever it is worth) is salvage what you can and move unto the next one. i feel bad for everyone that is stuck in this POS.
You will also notice see some people on this board in the next couple of days talking about they called IR and all the garbage stories people make up. Do not listen to their crap. notice how the initial pumpers of this stock no longer post here.
