The settlement was good IMO because the SEC case will be closed and Jared's penalties were reduced and EESO's penalties were not. I'm not sure why?
It looks like EESO the company must have the funds to pay the penalty without any hardship because the SEC didn't give EESO any discount. The only thing left to conclude is that EESO may be better off than we think?
I would have preferred this wouldn't have even happened. But this is the reality. I'm willing to wait a little while longer and see how this turns out.
