Yes this has happened to me on HESG and ASFX last year. It probably is that their MM NITE is short so they want to restrict demand so they get the upperhand again. More of the same pennyland antics!

Go with Etrade-you can send money to your account instantly also not like Scottrade how they make you wait 3 settlement days to clear your own money.
