This is so stupid as a former tax accountant I can tell you there are many companies and people who owe back taxes - this is why the IRS has fines and issues them. The IRS always gets their money.

Yes there are many people who have bad credit at one time or another - especially businesses. This is one reason the banks received a bail-out from the USA citizens.

All of this can and I am sure will be resolved with a proper tax account or CPA.
