Ambrose: Ambrose, knowing everything it needed to know (undoubtedly, anything and everything about ENTI and it's people) to believe, to the tune of $20,000,000.000 (LOC), that this CEO, this company, and what THIS CEO/COMPANY HAS IN HAND ALREADY AND WILL HAVE...is worthy of financing...(and other possible arrangements that the parties aren't speaking about publicly (my speculation, of course).
