Really? The company first claimed they were filing the lawsuit on this past Monday morning and later changed it to say they would file it this week. Now you are saying it could be "several weeks"?

As far as "making a lawsuit stick" is concerned, I will go on record to say that unless someone accused the CEO of being a pedophile or into bestiality or something off the wall like that, there is no way on Earth they will ever get a basher lawsuit to stick. There is far too much evidence of fraud here and message boards posts are generally recognized by the courts to be opinions only. This is even more so in the State of California.

SAEI doesn't have a snowball's chance in hell of ever getting a basher lawsuit past first base. About the only they they might accomplish is getting themselves attached to countersuits they can not get out of.

Something of this magnitude requires several weeks for legal counsel to prepare a lawsuit that will stick.
