My greatest concern: auto pilot. The "who" we know nothing about. We deduce that there is too much at stake to just do nothing so we assume someone is trying to get back the IP. I am. But the terrible event that happened a half year ago, while the explanation is unknown, does lead to one disconcerting possibility: auto pilot. No one minding the store.
