Dixie, the idea that you "want to believe" can cost you a loss of money. The word "entrepreneur" has been spelled "con man" on numerous occasions by other entrepreneur's like Barnum, Ponzi, Lay, Tibbits, etc. and I can tell you that leaves a bad taste in investors mouths.

This man has been convicted by his own admission of guilt and will receive a sentence June 10th for "Money Laundering" at the Federal level. How his rap sheet will effect the Judge is yet to be seen, but IMO this sentence may just be the tip of the Ice Berg, because I think that the IRS will become involved and if the Geo Cities thing is right with IRS Judgements a matter of record, it could mean a long time away for Michaels. I don't think he has the time, money, or ability to get Hopon off the Pink Sheets. Desire, but nothing else.

That's why I believe that he will milk this company for all it's worth before sentencing and if his Passport has not been restricted, an Island without extradition laws with the USA may become his new home.
