Yes,it is difficult to get water from a rock. It does make me feel better that these people will possibly be watched and/or less likely to take advantage of others. Trying to do what is moral and just---UNLIKE the people at BLVI. If we stick our heads in the sand and say "OH WELL"--Is that the correct thing to do?? If we bring this to the attention of others, It will be more difficult an less likely for them to do the same thing AGAIN!! AGREED? I do not expect to "get anything" for reporting theses LIARS. I do hope they will not be able to take advantage of others AGAIN.
BLVI management is not penniless..they took the company private, and have plenty of funds from this deal-plus I learned, they have been selling personal stock holdings for 5 months now. The biggest deception was the last filing that stated that the CEO just put $275K of his own money into the company..that can be disproven
