Peeker- Dividend represents much more than

the % you get at these prices. I mean the stock just sold off from $22.50 to $15, and is now selling at a 4.7 PE fully taxed going forward. China stocks almost never get high PEs because of concern over credibility. Well with Deloitte as their auditor, and now the dividend, we have a very credible China stock, where the numbers can be believed. Therefore at a 4.7 PE, the dividend announcement and the credibility attached means a whole lot more than 2-3% IMO. I personally have a $25 price target. Wade
