Great advise! You can always buy a stock back for a little more, but it sucks when they get halted for materials news, like in CSCO's case, and resume trading at a big discount.
That's a tough call. If a short time ago someone would have suggested that Cisco would be in the teens they probably would have been laughed at. $27 and higher seemed to be the consensus.
I do agree however that buy and hold is not what it used to be.
