of course. the A/S doesn't change. in general, garbage companies wouldn't R/S if the A/S shrunk the same as the O/S...that's the whole point, you greatly reduce the O/S and free up some more shares when the O/S starts to near the A/S.
not saying SSPTD did the R/S with the intent to dilute, or that dilution is/isn't happening. just saying, A/S doesn't change...unless everything I've read is incorrect.
