CELM - makes sense. I agree, it's going to be hard to raise capital here, and so nothing may happen.
But I don't understand how we ever got into this situation. Why was an offering ever under consideration, given that they are flush in cash and haven't even spent the cash mountain they took in from the IPO? Don't get me wrong, I like the name and I like the CFO a lot. But the fact that they are willing to even talk about a public offering right now just sucks IMO, and that's why I can't bring myself to get involved.
