The board says the decision happens today - they don't want to wait around another 2 years for a decision to be made. CGFIA said their presentation was 190 minutes but the board says that a member has to leave before noon Colorado time. I think this gives them 120 minutes to make their case. But the board said they'd have to be quicker than that so there is time for rebutal.
