Yeah it is just great. FWIW my math has it at around 2% yield as well. I guess I suspected a higher divi but hey I won't complain here. CCME is now again by far my biggest holding and I'm totally buffled that people can still enter the stock at 16.40 right now after that insider purchase and that divi announcement. Could we see lower prices in the short term from here? Yes absolutely. In fact knowing how CCME behaves after good news it's not unlikely but I promised myself if they ever pay a divi and they show us their numbers are legit I will dive in deep again. They just did this in the last 2 weeks in my view.
