they deffently want it more than us. i would say your guess of when they start would also be my guess of when they announce a start date.

I agree and I think that there is no doubt that they are working their tails off to get this moving. One suspicion I have is that they are hesitant to release any specifics right now, including the potential excavator, due to the interference that investors caused with the tube company. I have no doubt that it caused a strain in the companies relationship with vendors.
It is my opinion that they feel the need to get all ducks in a row now prior ro releasing any news to prevent that from happening again.
