I doubt the 250000 or so shares the CEO has been in the process of selling has much to do with the share price.

I really haven't read or heard anything negative.

They have had a nice run over the last few years and it could be time to give back a bit. They look pretty toppy to me over the long term and with a correction due to come soon they could just be showing it early.
