Federal - thanks - looking at the site linked, would it be correct to say that the outflow from the Fed, on any given day, is the sum of the REPO's, less the sum of prior REPO's maturing on that day?

If so, just using the one month of data shown on that site, I don't see much correlation between money flow and market prices. Have you seen such a correlation previously?
