Fellas, it's irrelevant that the ASSET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (read the title) didn't put Roth as an "employee" since, from my recollection, there was a news release or other PR when the company DID give him a VP (or some sort of) position. The purpose of the PURCHASE agreement (NOT an EMPLOYEE agreement as some on this board refer to it as) is to lay out the terms for the PURCHASE. Subsequent actions are certainly not prohibited in the normal conduct of business. This is NOT my opinion, but a fact of life.
