I believe you all are panicking.. What we are waiting to see is if no agreement is made that either sides attorney's are to file to advise they can not come to a resolution at this time and that they could file for an extention for the stay.. We haven't seen any filings from either side yet.. Clyw and TMO may have already finished their agreement and agreed to make a joint announcement right at the end of the stay.. Thats my opinion.. I would also like to think that Clyw management has placed on notice to the other infringers that we will be coming after them next and has multiple carriers lined up to follow suit. I would like to think these guys weren't just sitting on their hands during the stay..
