Opportunity to accumulate? If they don't settle, this stock is going to flush. I would not throw good money after bad. Besides, next week is Christmas week. You really think they're meeting next week to settle? No, it should have happened by now. If I don't see anything rest of the week, I may have to sell and that would suck.
