all you guys are on a pipe dream. these guys are jerks and don't know how to run shit. Tell you what, I have the money to pay the ir firm and for the financials to get filed. So we should expect news saying the filings are complete, and the paperwork is being entered to move to the OTCBB ??? If Bubba comes onboard in early Jan these guys are really cutting it close time wise. My 2 cents is I'll be happy if they just announce they've got the filings all done - as far as the move to the OTCBB I wouldn't be shocked to see several SEC comments and re-submits, so even 2-4 months before the actual move wouldn't shock me. Either way just showing you're fully reporting and in the process of moving up to a better exchange should show up bigtime in the stock price.

Tony: what are you hearing about the PR's ???

What's the hold up? When someone tells you "they're working on the PR's all day Friday and all weekend" and then 4 business days blow by with nothing it raises big questions. I'm curious what their excuse is....
