Who wants to deal with someone that cannot make things happen, I mean look at how they had to give up components from the HQ PBR in order to meet the obligations of providing a compelte system. Who knows what else they have failed to provide and currently there is the threat of a lein being slapped on the property because DF failed to pay one of the contractors for the berms. There are other out there threatening the same legal actions if moeny is not paid.
