It's simple. He's told so many lies he can't keep them straight. Maybe his explanation will be that one of the Mexican factory workers was answering his Blackberry emails and didn't understand your question due to the language barrier. Did he leave you with the impression he's running a real business and in tune with his company?

The PR from Nov 30th stated that half the order was in San Diego and the other half would be shipped from the factory Dec. 3rd.
