I imagine that it will commence with their awarding of stock shares as management incentive, based on the improved 2010 performance of the Company, the new product offerings, the strategic relationships with Matthews and Gene Simmons, and the establishment of Frank's Division, "Bom Por Nada"!

Gosh, all those accomplishments have got to be good for a few million shares apiece...no?
