He did not say "the filings speak for themselves", or "I will let the filings speak for themselves". He said, "I have to let the filings speak for themselves."
Those three words strongly indicate Keeney has been told to not comment on these filings. It is my opinion that they are dancing a very fine line regarding insider trading issues. Like any company walking a fine line, they are opting for the "no comment" path.
I don't suspect, nor do I want to suggest, that anyone has done anything wrong here. They are just being sure they err on the side of caution. For the first time in a while I am getting a positive feeling. It is welcome.
