Ask the SEC to have to company correct it's filings if they are in error. We can't force Ntephe or Keeney answer simple questions, but the SEC can make them correct errors in their filings. Once corrected, if they are in error, we can evaluate the information more accurately.

The hostility between management/Keeney and shareholders is an embarrassment to all involved. Why Offor puts up with it is a mystery.

Refusing to answer a simple and clear question is outrageous and shows a complete lack of professionalism.

Krom, Dan's wording is clear...

He did not say "the filings speak for themselves", or "I will let the filings speak for themselves". He said, "I have to let the filings speak for themselves."

Those three words strongly indicate Keeney has been told to not comment on these filings. It is my opinion that they are dancing a very fine line regarding insider trading issues. Like any company walking a fine line, they are opting for the "no comment" path.

I don't suspect, nor do I want to suggest, that anyone has done anything wrong here. They are just being sure they err on the side of caution. For the first time in a while I am getting a positive feeling. It is welcome.

DK is being instructed to keep silent on a number of issues.Clearly,SEO has his foot on any and all public information, and advised by attorneys on several topics.

I would submit strongly, that the BOD has been given shares for their services, and that none of them have spent a dime on those shares other than the one or two transactions.Certainly PN has been given plenty, and the recent 85000 ones amount to about $20000 while is a decent number for being part of the BOD activities
