I called Christopher Donville from bloomberg and chatted with him on the phone yesterday. He confirmed that the press release denying Prokhorov's bid was factual and they had 2 people call the onexim office to confirm it was legit and there is no $1.75 bid. I had requested a copy of their press release, and he tried to email it to me but I did not get the attachment. He said Igor Petrov is the offical Onexim Spokes person and they communicate with him frequently over matters regarding Mikhail Prokhorov.
He gave me Onexim's contact info for anyone that want's to confirm that there is no Billionaire bid, or obtain a copy of their press release.
