ErikD: bottom line you are right and in a perfect world everything you said would be all that matters, but this is not a perfect world and unfortunately for us intelligent people who research our acquisitions; ultimately the market is driven by the sheep and these moving averages drive the indicators that the sheep make their decisisons based off of. So when we break support levels, create technical patterns and throw these switches behind the scenes, reports get released, tags get put on the stock be it buy or sell, and people make their uninformed sheep-like decisions
this is why the company needs to release PRs to make sure the public realizes what we already know so well - SFIO is a good buy and hold, it's on a short list of companies I would hold, times have changed and buy-hold tactics are very different
