TM took advice from lawyers and the SEC, as to how to proceed..

Well we kow we can discount everything in that summation as false or blatant lie as the SEC DOES NOT give out advice..legal or otherwise..and again..as a government agency the SEC would have to issue an something in public available to the public..not some timeline conjured up by a Megasite with glaring ommissions.

So tell us Masta...where is all this SEC advice or edicts they mandated???.
