It's just a placer, it can mean nothing, or it could mean that they really expect it to reach that amount.

I think MMs place markers as to suggest suitable prices - but not exactly what they show ..... in this case, maybe they would accept 0.011 .... they do this so that if the price starts to move, they already know when they want to get out, just need to change the order.

Ever see a 1000.0004 ask on a sub-penny stock? That MM would likely take 0.0004 if it ever got there.

I've been trading for 7 years and still haven't figured the MM's out yet. Although you can find out the percentage ownership of shares of each MM and then follow the MM that owns the most. Usually if he is buying then he will run it eventually to sell his shares for more.
