Oh you have to be kidding, so the smear campaign starts on this group of employees that left. It seems the standard thing to do is make the person leaving BEHL out to be incompetent, failure or possible criminals. It amazes me how they can stretch a story to make it seem as once again BEHL is the victim of a clear agenda to keep them from succeeding. Here is an idea, how about look at the source of why BEHL is not succeeding, its freakin incompetent CEO that is using shareholder money trying to impersonate a rock star life style.

They will do anything to make it appear as sabotage and try to keep things going as long as possible. So now lets paint the employees as the problem, well the employees would not be a problem if they were being paid and DF was doing his job, that all falls on Dennis Fisher and nobody else. Their reaction was a result of his doing or lack of doing, further why ignore the obvious issue here, the guy that has destroyed his relationship with his spouse. The fact is they were in business together, the person he is supposed to be the most supportive of and devoted to and shareholders think they will be taken care of? Get real, he cares for nobody but himself, he has no loyalty to anyone, especially when it comes to money.

I agree, the person that has done all the damage to shareholder value is Dennis Fisher and no one else.

Son of HElios post

Where do I find the Son of HElios post.

__________________________

I've read the "Son of HElios" story this morning. Amazing how much information he has now. Even more amazing is how innocent he makes DF sound. It's as if nothing is/was wrong at BEHL and all of a sudden DF's "Star team" turned against him.

WHY Phaeton? Why would Monique Berry destroy lab equipment and steal computers? Why would she say "get rid of the inoculant anyway you can." What did DF do to his employees? What is the real story?

Anyway ..

You'll notice, now that the interview has a set date( Which I don't believe will happen) any and all questions about what happened at BEHL has been deemed off topic if the question is posted in the main forum ... You'll have to wait until the 22nd to discuss what happened.

But while you wait, Phaeton is going to tell you tales, designed to keep you calm, Make DF out to be a Saint.

No Employees.. no Assets at HQ, A (rumored) crack-head CEO.

And of course ... Due to legal reasons .. Dennis won't talk about what happened, during the interview ..

So Basically Phaeton can say anything he wants and paint any picture he wants about the current situation.

Since when has he been concerned about "Damaging shareholder value" This is the same guy denying Dilution.

wtf?!
