You might want to read the opinions of your "few sour little board members" on Expo Holdings, Inc. Most of them have been dead on in their predictions for over a year. The only possible way to make a profit on EXPH is to know when and what the CEO is going to PR in order to temporarily spike the PPS for his PP shareholders or PIPE funders to dump stock. Then you have to do the same with their exact timing. So unless people who want to make these "huge profits" you are predicting want to be left holding the bag forever with EXPH shares, I suggest you also inform them of the obvious: EXPH is either a highly dilutive scam run by con men or a failed company who puts out dozens of misleading PRs because they are the most incompetent corporate management team in NC publicly held cabinet building history. And to profit from it, the shares must be treated as such. All IMHO.
