I think my opinion deserves to be heard also. After all, this is a free forum, and since many posters ask questions, i respond. Because you disagree with those answers IMO is no reason for you to ask the moderator to stifle an opposing view. I try my best to be respectful and keep from responding in kind to rather rude and frankly untrue speculations about my motives.
Oh i post new subjects too. Like receiving a reply from a CR government agency about the unenforceability of non-spanish speaking contracts in CR that might be of great interest to investors there. The contract i signed was in english, still Steve made good on it handsomely.
