No duh, but the company, STHG ,has recently applied for increased status with Pinksheets, LLC and if they are reporting to the SEC soon, Maybe they would be filing a 10K/10Q.

It also said, Management will announce 2011 plans by December 31. In addition, a recap of accomplishments of 2010, including a couple more completed projects before the New Year.

Per the information released from Pink OTC Markets in 2009, companies listed as "Limited Information" traded on average $8,198,443 in volume each, while companies listed as "Current Information" traded an average of $43,282,661 each.

No matter what ever they are reporting it is one step closer to bring more folks into this...and with this at discount prices compared to 2c where it was trading in summer this is going up big time...
