I'm going to go ahead and echo valdai's concerns. Luckily I got out of SAE* in time, but I see some strange things here as well. Having such a small amount of revenue make me a little bit nervous in terms of dilution. Thoughts? Also having the virtual office in nevada is somewhat concerning as well.

With an O/S of only 30 million, that sounds like a pretty big hit. Its last deal fell through because it was only able to raise $75,000, so its clear the company will be diluting, the only question is when???..... go to the TSXventure exchange, find most active stocks, they,ll be all resourse plays, go thru their p/rs and see how the finance drilling...lol

For those that do not know how to do proper research on a company or got snake bit by the latest Russian Mobster con it is easy to be nervous.
This is an area play around a proven deposit, happens all the time and they were lucky enough to gather it up. If it is on trend then this will be a winner.
Yes there will be dillution going forward but the money for the areo-magnetic survey will be easy to scare up.
The location leaves a little to be desired but with proven reserves in the area they can piggy back the infastructure buildout at a discount.
Right now the group of sub penny day flippers that are in this stock for a week or two will bolt at the first sign of weakness, they always do.
If this stock is held through the areo-magnetyics and first grab samples it will tell the real tale here and could prove to be lucrative.
I am not chasing this one, but the order is in, research notes will be posted after my position is filled (if everyone would quit jumping up and down because of one day of volume), jeese.
