#9048 RE: J-Rhino #9033

After reading all the posts and trying to get a handle on the market today in general, it's been a crazy day!

Over the last few months we've seen huge volume increases - and also fluctuations in both volume and pps. This has made the MM's take notice. And I mean probably really take notice.

I've seen some posts speak of MM's and the percentage of float we've been going through, and I totally agree. Depending on what happens Thursday, the MM's strategy has to be what will profit them the most. They need to have enough shares on hand for the possible huge buys and still keep the swing and day guys happy. The spread has been predictable on this run and the Oct run, (although I saw a little burp today when the volume dropped). We have multiple Golden Crosses happening and the MM's are seeing that as well.

Prediction? (Oh man, I hate predictions unless I'm right!) It's going to very interesting to see what happens to the spread when the battle between the longs and the swings really takes off. Based on just the speculation that the permit will be a go on Thursday - I see a lot of investors buying and holding and a quick rise back to the .0045 point we saw at the last peak. At that point I think we're going to see the spread gap substantially, with the bid leveling off and the ask increasing to the point that, well, the longs don't want to buy anymore - who knows where that could go! Watch that spread, I think it'll be a tell. In any case it's been swing trade heaven to this point.

Again, if the permit is a go on Thursday, Friday the company as we know it changes gears and does a 180. At that point it's a matter of managing the finances to get the Mill running and growth. The good news is it's the dead of winter and that gives the boys some time to plan while the snow melts. I think you'll see better PR's put out by Guyer - no longer will he be tied down by so many unknowns. The time line will be easier to predict.

Things will also be fueled by other mines in the area getting their gears tuning and any new mines the boys can round up, (don't forget the boys are really good at junior mining). By now we all know what a nightmare the permit process is. Without a mill in the area to process their ore - who in their right mind would start the process? Yes, I predict lots of opportunities for good PR's and a change to many more fundamental traders posting to this board way before that first load is processed.

I predict tomorrow isn't just going to be Wednesday - it's also the day before Thursday. You can hold me to that.

With all my DD work I've only come up on one blank. Who the heck is Penny Davis? (If it ends up being jenna, someone catch Burk before he hits the floor!)
