They could still issue some more shares to the merging company as a whole - but looks like no R/S and a company with over 100 mil. in revs. coming in. At .15 this is a joke and someone is on the bid buying all sells at .14 - probably the incoming company or someone in the know - talking hundreds of thousands of shares.
With this new uncovered info I say we are back in the .20's to .30's easy the rest of the week.
