IMO the RSI needs to break above the 50 line in order to confirm a breakout.

I'm sticking to my assertion that serious accumulation has started. Even though the price was mediocre at best for the volume, the indicator has skyrocketed and torn through the 20MA.

I've not seen a substantial breakout like this since November - December of last year. The question now is...

If the line can remain above the 20MA and continue an upward climb, those that see the potential breakout are slowly adding shares until May's 10Q. Regardless of price, this indicator should start to tell the story before we officially break-out. This is different. Contracts are announced and revenues are FINALLY on the horizon.

Given Laky's prediction of revenues and subsequent profit margins...KABOOM!
