It is common knowledge that he gets his pay in shares only. He regularly has to sell some shares because of this.

The truth is the CFO and CEO have never been paid a dime for what they do. They are no different than you or me. They have bills to pay just like you and me. Could you go 4 years without any money to pay your bills? The CFO of Colorado Goldfields Inc. has put every single penny he owns into this company and from time to time (every few months) he sells some of the shares he has been compensated with for his work to pay his bills just like you and I pay our bills. Unless you expect a guy to live on the street in a box, he has to have some sort of income...........right?

Since you are so interested, add up the amount of funds from all Guyers sells of shares this year and post the total amount and see if this guy is reaping rewards from share holders.
