It is strange that we have still not heard. I now think that the sale will be a year end deal. Companies that are acquiring love to do year end. They can balance all cor's ongoing losses against any gains they have had this year giving them a huge tax savings. Given all the piled up losses, even a price at .80 or more per share would have little actual cost.

I think this would satisfy Varney et al. too because their options would have value.

I expect an announcement the week between Christmas and New Year with closure that week. Enough shares are owed by the controllers to make this all go swiftly.
