See page 27 of the 10K for an explanation of the derivatives. They are the warrants. This is the easy stuff that can be learned by reading about the company we own.

I looked at the charts. and skimmed over some of the fundamentals...

I don't like the fundamentals..

But the charts say to Hold. After a 24 year downarward trend, it looks like the chart may want to break out.

You say there is some big news coming? That may just be the catalyst it needs to break the trend.

If the cahrts should go the other way after the news, dont be afraid to cut your losses.
