Did you try the company's domain registrar? Apparently, Mr. Parham has a real, legit business to run!

No idea. I wrote to Greg's email address, as did many others. The site was modified today, for reasons we can all easily understand.

Probably the new email addy isn't yet up and running. It IS Indonesia, after all.
