It was not posted on OTC Sunday so this is new, but I can only find this statement on OTC. They are behind on filing and if this is a problem on reporting, why is it not on other sites and what about SA#. Someone needs to get the company to respond as the momentum does not need to fall off due to bad PR or lack of paperwork. Scottrade or no other filings show problems.
