I am not them, so I have no idea what is preventing them from making a statement publicly. When money is involved nothing surprises me about what someone says if there is a risk of losing money over it. The stock will continue trading unless the SEC gets involved and someone is still taking peoples money when there is no business any longer. It happens here all the time in Pinkyland.
