Hmm I know a BIG part of what makes Neustar work is the fact they are a NEUTRAL entity. Being a PUBIC company carries with it (for a real company) transparency and reporting that a PRIVATE one does not have. It is hard enough to get a Pubic company to be truthful, how much more a Private one.
I seem to remember how gun shy the carries were with working together it took Neustar to show they were not going to favor one over the other (or screw any of them for money)
IF Neustar were taken private all that now is in question and they don’t have to report as much. They the whole think comes apart
NO Motley FOOL is one on this, they can add numbers, but a businesse is more then just numbers
