You are correct about the giant certificate to Schwab...The IPO will not be happening in the next month so it really shouldn't matter if it takes them that long to get it to your account.

That is how they did it for all the brokers. My question would be to Schwab, "What is taking you so long to distribute the shares to your clients?" The shares will be tradable on IPO day unless the broker stalls you.
