A passage of the Senate bill of aid to bio fuel electrical generation has HUGE IMPLICATION for LLEG!!
I believe the aid for the Berlin project could be as much as $30 million dollar OR MORE. The more viable the Berlin project becomes, the more LLEG will receive as payment for its interest and accomplishment.
Therefore the more money available to obtain other projects which will be 100% owned by Laidlaw.
