It would be nice, however; if they are filing legal action as stated, they have probably been advised to move forward with day to day operations and not discuss the "claims".
Agree would have been nice if they addressed some of the issues about the inconsistencies found from their 43-101 report and the buyout offer from last week. Looks like they are choosing to remain silent on these.
