Newenergy, thanks for all you do. I have not been able to tell you this for days as I am also banned on the SAEI board. I am almost afraid to post anything anymore because my posts which are not off-topic or vulgar or spam at all are constantly deleted. There are a lot of really good people/posters that make up that ban list of 32.
You know the one question I asked which is only common sense was also deleted and although I can not re-post it here word for word is simply this. Now follow me here please. I am going to simplify the points but you will quickly get the drift.
1) You have a company SAEI that is basically a gold unfunded proposition.
2) Along comes a russian investor who speculates in metals
3) The russian helps the company to locate two gold rich propertys, provides the company with the funding to aquire the propertys but obviously would not have done so IF the russian did NOT already know that there was "gold in them thar hills".
4) So in order for the company to stay in compliance with regulations, we have as a formality a 43101 issued as well as whatever other documents are necessary (fully reporting OTCBB) so that shareholders stay informed.
5) So my question to ANY short or basher is WHAT is so darned important about the 43101 IF the Russian ALREADY KNEW the amount of estimated gold there was in the plots given their close proximity to "other" KNOWN gold producing VEINS?? AND he also KNOWS that with his unsolicited BID that the company with his direction will EVENTUALLY sell to HIM OR another BUYER to come alone with a MUCH higher price than the RUSSIAN. Honestly in theory, what I am proposing is BRILLIANT as a way to make the property VERY attractive in VERY wealthy circles. I mean the guy helped to buy and to delelop the propertys to the point that they stand at today and therefore probably KNOWS every MOVE in advance that SAEI is about to take.
The guy is a BILLIONAIRE for god's sake and is probably used to assuming 100 million dollar risks virtually everyday,,,,just like WE smaller investors do everyday here on IHub with buying our shares of the different stocks we buy. To him a 100 mil investment would be like pocket cash to the rest of us!!
AND although all those with an "agenda" on SAEI are screaming about the importance of the "fake" 43101, I am just wondering whether the Russian could even care if it exists?? Seriously!!! Maybe the russian wants SAEI as a "tax shelter" for some of his "other" 18 BILLION in investments. Stranger things have happened. My question is simple common sense and why has absolutely no one in 7000 posts over the past 3 days asked it??
Simply put, who gives a crap about this guy greg parham and his fake 43101 is all I am saying.
Somebody needs to ask this question in words and in a way without having it deleted because it is a too easily logical question to ask and therefore can NOT be answered with certainty by any poster on SAEI except for the RUSSIAN himself.
